The rental agreement is signed with that company, and the balance is paid directly to it on delivery, after the vehicle has been presented and its condition checked.
DZDubai remains the customer’s main point of contact and monitors compliance with the stated commitments, from booking preparation through to follow-up after return. Partners have a professional dashboard through which they can update vehicle availability on the website; the DZDubai team confirms each booking with the customer.
Depending on who owns the vehicle, DZDubai or the partner company issues invoices and receipts and handles any security deposit. DZDubai follows up to ensure its return within the agreed time frame, subject to justified deductions provided for in the rental conditions.
Any additional charge requested by a partner must be supported by documentation and approved by DZDubai before it is requested from or charged to the customer. In the event of a disagreement, the team reviews the evidence, contacts the partner and supports the customer in disputing the charge. A partner who refuses to correct an unjustified charge may have its partnership suspended or terminated.
DZDubai is based in Dubai and works with rental partners located across the Emirates. All vehicles in its catalogue can be delivered across the seven United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. Vehicle delivery and collection are included in the rental price at no extra charge, subject to the minimum rental period applicable to the vehicle and delivery location.
This minimum period depends on the chosen vehicle and its location. It may be longer when transport from another emirate is required. Delivery can be arranged at airports, hotels, residences, villas and other addresses agreed at booking.
For airport delivery, DZDubai asks the customer for their flight ticket showing the flight number so the team can monitor the actual arrival time. Handover is coordinated with the customer leaving the terminal, after arrival formalities and baggage collection, at the meeting point agreed at booking.
Customers can drive across all seven Emirates and return the vehicle in a different emirate from the delivery location at no extra charge, provided this is specified when booking.
On Dzdubai.com, the booking is for the vehicle shown in the photographs, with its model, colour, year and specifications. Customers therefore choose a specific vehicle rather than a category described as ‘or similar vehicle’.
In rare cases, an unforeseen event, such as a breakdown or an extension of an ongoing rental, may prevent delivery of the booked vehicle. Dzdubai then undertakes to offer a replacement of the same model and colour, from the same year or a newer one, or an upgrade at no extra charge. Any replacement, including an upgrade, requires the customer’s prior agreement. If the customer declines the proposed options, or if no replacement or upgrade can be offered, the booking advance payment is refunded in full.
The Dzdubai.com catalogue brings together vehicles across several categories: SUVs, city cars, economy cars, sports cars, supercars and luxury models. The displayed count includes all listed vehicles, whether available to book or currently on rent. The team regularly updates the catalogue to add new vehicles and remove those no longer offered for rental.
The idea for DZDubai originated during Abdelnour Boumediene’s visit to Dubai in 2022. On holiday, he wanted to rent a Mercedes-AMG C63 and contacted several providers found on Google and social media. He received the same photographs from different contacts and had difficulty identifying the company that owned the vehicle, finding reviews of some companies and checking actual availability. Several vehicles advertised online were already rented out, as he discovered during his enquiries. He eventually rented a C63 and the rental went well, but the search gradually gave rise to the idea of a catalogue bringing together vehicles from several rental companies, with updated availability.
Before founding DZDubai, Abdelnour Boumediene was an entrepreneur in France in telecommunications, particularly fibre optics, and in renting aerial platform vans to professionals in the sector. Passionate about software development since his teenage years, he drew on this background to begin building the project.
In 2023, Abdelnour Boumediene founded the company, began developing the website on his own and met the first rental partners. The project aimed to bring their vehicles together in one catalogue, with the goal of allowing them to update availability directly. A few months later, he brought in other developers to contribute to the application. The first version of the website went live and the first bookings took place in late 2023.
In February 2026, DZDubai introduced a feature allowing customers to view updated vehicle availability before a booking is confirmed. Partners have a professional dashboard to indicate which vehicles are available or already rented. This implementation involved working with partners to incorporate updates into their daily operations. As the service developed, DZDubai also introduced further commitments: vehicle photographs and videos produced by the team, booking the specific vehicle shown on its listing, and payment of the balance on delivery after the vehicle has been presented and its condition checked.
Since launch, the application has continued to evolve in response to identified market needs and experience gained during rentals. These developments extend the project’s original idea: bring together information about vehicles and their availability, then organise booking and rental follow-up through a single team.

Before any booking, DZDubai communicates the total rental price, including VAT and mandatory charges, and the required advance payment. This is generally 10% of the rental price. The balance is paid on delivery, after the customer has seen the vehicle and checked its condition.
Charges related to vehicle use, such as tolls, excess mileage, fuel or damage, are billed separately under the applicable rental conditions.
If the customer cancels while the booked vehicle remains available, the advance payment is retained. If the vehicle becomes unavailable and the customer declines the proposed replacements, or if no replacement or upgrade can be offered, the advance payment is refunded in full.
The DZDubai team can be reached seven days a week, from 8 am to 10 pm Dubai time, to answer enquiries and assist customers with their bookings. For airport deliveries arranged in advance, handover coordination adapts to the flight’s actual arrival, including outside customer service hours and during the night, at no extra charge.
DZDubai offers its own vehicles and those of rental partners in one catalogue. These partners are selected for their reliability, responsiveness, punctual delivery, vehicle cleanliness and reasonable pricing. The team checks their trade licences and vehicle documents.
All catalogue vehicles, whether owned by DZDubai or a partner, undergo the same checks. Every vehicle is inspected by the DZDubai team, which takes all photographs and videos shown on its listing. Vehicles considered too old, too worn or with excessive mileage are not included. Mileage is recorded during inspection and then updated at the start of each rental using an odometer photograph sent by the customer.
The team follows every rental through exchanges with the customer and, where applicable, the partner supplying the vehicle. It retains departure photographs and condition reports and guides customers on what to document, particularly wheels and odometer readings, to make it easier to compare the vehicle’s condition when it is returned.
Before requesting additional charges from the customer, the partner must provide supporting documents to DZDubai. The team checks the amounts against the agreed conditions, documented evidence and, for repairs, market prices. It intervenes to have unjustified charges corrected and mediates in disputes.
When a partner fails to meet the agreed requirements, DZDubai reminds it of its obligations. Depending on the severity of the failure and its consequences for the customer, the partnership may be suspended or terminated.
