I had an accident. What should I do?

Get to safety, contact the police, and obtain a report. Notify us so we can assist. Insurance requires a police report.

Glass damage: am I covered?

Glass damage is treated as damage and explained before billing. It is charged at actual cost if not covered.

Can I smoke in the vehicle?

Please do not smoke. If deep cleaning is required, cleaning fees may apply.

I exceeded the mileage allowance. How much will I pay?

Excess mileage is charged at 3.90 AED/km beyond the included mileage and tolerance.

I damaged a tire. Is it covered?

Tires are not covered by the base insurance. Replacement is charged at actual cost.

Missing fuel is charged at 7 AED/L, with no service fee.

I return the car late. Is it charged?

Breakdown / immobilization: what should I do?

Can I change the delivery or return address (hotel, residence, airport)?

Yes, with full flexibility. You can change the return address at no charge: just inform us and we adjust the time and location to your schedule. Delivery can also be adjusted if you notify us in advance.

I lose the key. What should I do?

No worries: the rental can continue. Contact us immediately and we will arrange a duplicate key within the hour so you can get back on the road. The cost of making a new key applies, but DZDubai handles the entire process to make it easy.

Even without a deposit, the driver remains responsible for the entire rental period. Fees may apply in case of damage, accident, fines, Salik tolls, missing fuel, time overrun or delay, in accordance with the rental conditions displayed before confirmation.

The usual documents may be requested (valid license, passport/ID, driver details). All rules and amounts are communicated before validation to ensure a clear and transparent experience, according to the rental conditions. We remind you that “no deposit” does not remove usage obligations, which must remain compliant with the contract and local rules.
